Christian Counseling for Separation and Divorce
For the grief, anger, and hard questions that come when a marriage ends.
Whether you saw it coming or it blindsided you, divorce is one of the most painful losses a person can go through. It can shake your identity, your finances, your friendships, and your relationship with God. Many Christians also carry a heavy sense of shame or failure, and feel they can't talk about it at church. You deserve a place to grieve honestly and to rebuild.
Counseling can help you:
Work through grief, anger, betrayal, and loneliness
Manage the anxiety and sleeplessness that often come with separation
Make clear-headed decisions during a stressful legal process
Help your children through the transition, and handle your own feelings around them
Wrestle honestly with faith questions, guilt, and forgiveness
Rediscover who you are and what comes next
Approach dating or remarriage with wisdom, when the time is right
How I help
We'll pair proven treatments for grief, anxiety, and depression with the comfort and hope of Scripture. I won't rush you toward forgiveness or pretend the hurt isn't real. Together we'll work on steadying today and building a future you can look forward to.
A note for those still in proceedings
Counseling is confidential support for you, not an evaluation. I do not write reports or give opinions about custody for counseling clients.
